10 Simple Facts about abortion

Imagine a cemetary fill to the brim with babies.

Imagine a cemetery that was opened for business in the year 1973. Now imagine that cemetery filled with over 63 million tombstones, one to represent each life lost to abortion.

Are you imagining a sea of tombstones in which the eye can see no end?

Today as many of us celebrate motherhood through simple acts of giving flowers, jewelry, and 10-dollar cards filled with flowery language written by strangers to our mothers we also embark upon one of the most important fights in recent political history. The overturning of Roe versus Wade.

Women across the country are joining in protest across federal buildings, online, and even at churches and other places of worship. As this, all unfolds every woman is forced to question herself and figure out exactly what she stands for.

And if you're anything like me (a woman of faith) you might be finding yourself obligated to speak out even if only 1 or 2 people hear you.

With that being said today I'd like to share with you 10 simple facts about abortion.

10 Simple Facts about abortion

  1. Abortion is murder.

  2. A baby inside the womb can feel, hear, and respond to touch and sound.

  3. A mother who aborts her child will live in guilt forever, regardless of whether or not she shares her guilt with others.

  4. Planned Parenthood was founded by a KKK member in an effort to suppress communities of color.

  5. Planned Parenthoods are still located primarily in communities of color.

  6. An adoption is always an option. There are 38 adoptive parents for every baby placed for adoption.

  7. Pregnancy can be avoided through abstinence.

  8. Only 1% of abortions are due to rape or incest.

  9. Children conceived through rape or incest still deserve to live.

  10. More than 63 million murders of innocent babies have been committed in America since the beginning of Roe vs Wade.

If you or anyone you know is in support of abortion I implore you to reconsider. Be smart about your body (if you arent ready for a baby, don't have sex), and seek wisdom about what's right and what's wrong.

Sincerely your friend,

Chay Marie
